These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sugar & Gold Circle Inc., a company registered in Newark, New Jersey, operating as Sugar & Gold, governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, uploading verification documents, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or otherwise use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform in any way. By using Sugar & Gold, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You further represent that your use of the Platform, and any arrangement you enter into with another member, complies with the laws applicable to you in your country, state, or region of residence. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws regarding companionship arrangements.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
All members are required to complete identity verification, which includes submitting a valid government issued identification document and a live selfie photograph. Your profile will not become active, and you will not be included in any shortlist, until verification is complete.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account where verification cannot be reasonably confirmed, where documents appear altered or fraudulent, or where we have reason to believe the information provided is false.
Sugar & Gold offers three membership tiers, Established, Distinguished, and Elite, each granting access to a different class of member based on stated net worth range. Each tier requires a single, one time payment as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Pricing for any tier is subject to change, and any price increase will apply to new purchases only, not to memberships already purchased.
All payments are processed through our third party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, membership payments are non refundable once your verification and matching process has begun.
You must select a membership tier during signup. The tier you select determines the class of men included in the shortlist we prepare for you. You may not switch tiers after payment without contacting our support team, and any upgrade may require an additional payment reflecting the difference in tier pricing.
Sugar & Gold operates as a curated introduction service rather than an open browsing platform. Members describe their preferences during signup, and our team uses that information to compile a shortlist of verified male members who fit the stated description within the selected tier. This shortlist is delivered by email.
When you select a member from your shortlist, that member is notified and may accept or decline the introduction. If both parties agree, we facilitate an exchange of direct contact details so that you may continue communication independently. Sugar & Gold does not participate in, monitor, or take responsibility for communications, meetings, or arrangements that occur after contact details have been exchanged.
We do not guarantee a specific number of matches, a specific timeframe for receiving a shortlist, or that any match will result in an arrangement. We commit to continuing to search and send updated shortlists until you find a member you wish to connect with, within the bounds of reasonable and good faith effort.
You agree to treat other members with respect and honesty. This includes providing accurate information about yourself, communicating your expectations clearly, and honoring commitments you make to other members in good faith.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
Sugar & Gold facilitates introductions between members. We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a relationship, arrangement, or any particular outcome. Any arrangement entered into between members, including its terms, is a private matter between the parties involved and is not managed, mediated, brokered, or guaranteed by Sugar & Gold.
Any photographs, descriptions, or other content you submit to the Platform must be your own, must be accurate, and must not infringe the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Sugar & Gold a limited license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the matching and introduction service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or otherwise pose a risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure. Our team takes reasonable steps to review and investigate the financial standing of men placed into each membership class, but this review has practical limits, and we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of any member's financial claims, employment, or net worth in every case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sugar & Gold and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any interactions, meetings, or arrangements with other members that occur outside the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugar & Gold, its team, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other members.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
